Stockenized Docs
Everything about trading tokenized stocks on Solana, and about listing your own.
Overview
Stockenized is a decentralised exchange for tokenized stocks on Solana, with two sides:
- Trade. Every xStock with real on-chain liquidity is listed with live prices, charts and order flow. Buys and sells are routed through the Jupiter aggregator, so you get the best available price across all Solana liquidity. Market swaps, limit orders, recurring buys (DCA) and one-click bundles.
- Launch. Companies can apply to launch their own company token (created on pump.fun, clearly labelled, not a share) and have it listed on Stockenized, next to Tesla, Nvidia and the rest.
You keep custody the whole time: Stockenized never holds your funds, never asks for your keys and cannot block a trade. Markets are open 24/7, settlement takes seconds and every trade is verifiable on Solscan. Stockenized is built on Solana and partners with pump.fun.
Tokenized stocks (xStocks)
Stockenized lists xStocks, issued by Backed Finance. Each token (for example TSLAx) is backed 1:1 by the underlying security (TSLA) held by a regulated custodian, and tracks its price. On Solana they are Token-2022 tokens with 8 decimals, so you can hold fractional shares.
The list is discovered automatically from Jupiter's token registry (tag xstocks), so new listings appear on their own. A token only shows up when its pools have real liquidity or trading, or when its on-chain price sits close to the exchange price of the underlying share, so every price you see is meaningful. Each stock page shows the proof of reserves: on-chain supply, backed value and the issuer's attestation.
Tokenized stocks are not available to residents of some jurisdictions, including the United States. Check the issuer's terms before trading.
- xStocks vs. Company tokens. xStocks are backed 1:1 by real shares held in custody and track the exchange price. Company tokens are created on pump.fun by companies that launch through Stockenized: they are not shares, are not backed by anything and give no equity or claim on the company. They are labelled "Launched here" everywhere on the site and sit in their own "Company tokens" filter on Explore.
How trading works
- Connect a wallet (or sign in with email). The first time you trade you accept the risk disclosure with a short signed message, no transaction, no fee.
- Pick a stock on Trade and enter how much USDC, USDT or SOL you want to spend, or how many shares you want to sell.
- Stockenized asks Jupiter for the best route across all Solana DEXs and shows the rate, price impact, minimum received, route and the Stockenized fee.
- Click Buy or Sell and sign the transaction in your wallet. Nothing moves until you sign, and your wallet simulates the transaction first.
- The swap settles on-chain in a few seconds. The new balance shows in your wallet and on the Portfolio page, with cost basis and PnL.
Slippage protection defaults to 0.5% (adjustable to 0.1%, 1% or 3%). Right before building the transaction the server re-quotes the same pair and amount: if the price has moved below the minimum you accepted, nothing is built and you are asked to refresh the quote. If the price moves after you sign, the transaction fails safely and only the network fee is spent.
Live data & charts
- Prices refresh every 5 seconds from Jupiter and flash green or red on every move, on cards, the ticker, stock pages and the swap panel.
- Charts use Jupiter candles on 1m, 5m, 15m, 1H, 4H and 1D timeframes, as candles or a line, with volume and the live last price. Data pushes into the chart in place, so your zoom is kept.
- Trades are shown live per stock and, on the home page, as a tape of the latest fills across the whole market.
- Market status tells you whether the NYSE is open, in after-hours or closed, and when it opens next. On-chain trading never stops.
- Why is it moving? On each stock page an AI note summarises the day's price action from the latest headlines. It describes, it never recommends.
Limit orders, DCA & bundles
- Limit orders use Jupiter's on-chain Trigger program: your USDC (or shares) are escrowed and the order fills automatically when the price is reached, even while Stockenized is closed. Optional expiry. Cancel any time from Open orders to get the funds back.
- DCA (recurring buys) use Jupiter's Recurring program: deposit once, buy on a schedule from hourly to monthly, at least 2 buys of at least $50 each. Cancel any time; the unspent balance comes back.
- Bundles buy several stocks with fixed weights in one signing session, one swap per stock, minimum $2 per stock, so every position sits in your wallet individually. Curated bundles are maintained by Stockenized; anyone can publish a community bundle by signing a message with their wallet.
Wallets, login & alerts
- Wallets: Phantom, Solflare, Coinbase Wallet, Ledger, Torus, any Wallet Standard wallet (Backpack and others), and WalletConnect for mobile wallets.
- No wallet? Sign in with email or Google: a self-custodial embedded wallet is created for you (powered by Privy) and works like any other wallet on the site.
- Alerts: set price alerts on any stock and receive them as browser push notifications or Telegram messages, checked every minute. Install Stockenized as an app from your browser menu for push on mobile.
- Portfolio: every tokenized stock in your wallet, valued live, with average cost, unrealized and realized PnL built from your on-chain fills.
- Referrals: claim your link on the Referrals page and earn 20% of the Stockenized fee on every trade your referrals make, for as long as they trade.
- Community bundles: publish your own bundle and earn 0.1% of the volume traded through it.
- Watchlist: star any stock to keep it in the Watchlist tab on Explore. Stored in your browser.
Creating alerts, linking Telegram or push, accepting the terms and claiming a referral code all require a short message signed by your wallet. This proves the wallet is yours without any transaction or fee.
Launch your company token
Stockenized lets companies launch their own company token on Solana and have it listed next to Tesla, Nvidia and the rest, with everything the other markets have: live chart, alerts, bundles, limit orders and swaps through Jupiter. A company token is a fan and community token, not a share: it gives no equity, no dividends and no claim on the company.
- Apply at /launch in a few minutes: company profile, the logo of the token, the ticker symbol you want (2 to 8 letters or digits), a short text on what the token is for (it becomes the token description on pump.fun), the Solana wallet that will own the token, and optional financials, contact details and documents. You get a reference code like
STK-7F3K2Q. - Review. Stockenized checks the company, the brand and the jurisdiction and replies within a few business days. Progress and notes from the team are visible at /launch/status with your reference code.
- Creation. On approval Stockenized creates the token on pump.fun with your name, symbol and logo and a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens. The mint is published on the stock page, so anyone can verify it on Solscan.
- Trading. The token is tradable instantly: as soon as it exists, buys and sells route through Jupiter on Stockenized like every other market. Until the first trades come in it carries a "new" badge. Applying is free.
Company tokens are clearly labelled on the site ("Launched here", kind "Company token") and listed in their own filter on Explore, so nobody can mistake them for a tokenized share. They are not securities, are not backed by any asset, and their price is set purely by on-chain supply and demand. Read the risk disclosure before trading them.
Fees
- Stockenized fee: 0.25% flat on every buy and sell, taken in USDC / USDT / SOL inside the same transaction by Jupiter and paid to the Stockenized fee wallet. It is always shown in the swap panel before you sign, and it is applied on the server when the transaction is built, so it cannot be skipped by editing a request. Limit orders pay the same fee when they fill.
- Liquidity provider fees: set by the pools your order routes through (typically 0.01% to 0.3%), already included in the quoted rate.
- Network fee: a fraction of a cent in SOL per transaction, plus a small priority fee for fast inclusion.
- Listing: applying to launch a company token is free. The token is created on pump.fun by Stockenized after approval.
Prices & premiums
The on-chain price is set by supply and demand in Solana liquidity pools. Stockenized also shows the exchange price of the underlying share when available, and the resulting premium or discount. Outside traditional market hours the on-chain price can drift from the last exchange close. That's the market pricing news in real time, and it usually converges when the exchange reopens. Stocks with thin liquidity carry a "thin" badge: expect more price impact on larger orders.
Security & privacy
- Non-custodial. Transactions are built by Jupiter for your public key and signed only in your wallet. Stockenized has no access to your funds or keys.
- Wallet-signed actions. Anything tied to your wallet (alerts, notification channels, consent, referral codes, community bundles) requires a signed message, so nobody can act on your behalf.
- Verified accounting. Trades recorded for referrals and PnL are read from the confirmed on-chain transaction, never from what a browser reports.
- What we store. Only what you give us: alerts, notification subscriptions, consent, referral links, community bundles, and listing applications with their documents. No tracking pixels, no email lists.
- Region check. The site checks your country from the network to enforce the issuer's restrictions. Browsing always works; trading is limited where required.

Risk disclosure
Tokenized stocks are issued and backed by third parties, not by Stockenized. Their value depends on the underlying security, the issuer's solvency and on-chain liquidity. Prices can move sharply, especially outside exchange hours, and liquidity can be thin for smaller names. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose and make sure tokenized securities are legal in your jurisdiction.
Company tokens launched through Stockenized are created on pump.fun. They do not represent shares, equity or any claim on the company, are not backed by any asset, and can lose all their value. Trade them at your own risk.
Terms
Stockenized is a non-custodial interface. By using it you confirm that you are legally allowed to trade tokenized securities where you live, that you are not a US person or a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, that you are responsible for your wallet and keys, and that all on-chain transactions are final and irreversible. Listing applications are reviewed at Stockenized's discretion and do not guarantee a listing; company tokens are created on pump.fun and are not securities.
